a8game Terms & Conditions – User Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the a8game website and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by a8game ("a8game," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement is effective from the moment you complete registration on the a8game Platform or first access any a8game service, whichever occurs earlier.

a8game is an online gaming and sports betting platform principally serving English-speaking players in Pakistan. Our services include, but are not limited to: sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, esports, and combat sports), live casino games, slot games, and table games. By using any part of the a8game Platform, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies applicable to specific games or promotions.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal a8game account registered by a user to access the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a user's a8game Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonus amounts.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed on any game or sporting event via the a8game Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by a8game prior to withdrawal of funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by a8game subject to specific wagering conditions, which are distinct from real-money funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which access to and use of the a8game Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the a8game Platform. a8game strictly prohibits access by minors.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) to hold an a8game Account.
3. You must not be a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gaming and betting activities. a8game makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of a8game or any of its software providers, where such relationship could create a conflict of interest in relation to gaming activity.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

1. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) a8game Account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3. You are solely responsible for the security of your a8game login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. a8game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. a8game reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Accounts must be registered in the account holder's own legal name. Accounts registered using fictitious names or the identity of another person will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

5. KYC Verification

1. a8game is required to verify the identity and age of all users prior to processing withdrawals. This process is referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
2. Pakistani users will be required to submit a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identity document as part of the KYC process.
3. Additional documentation may be requested including proof of address, source of funds, or payment method verification at a8game's discretion, including where required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
4. a8game reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Deposits and gameplay may be permitted prior to KYC completion, subject to applicable thresholds.
5. Any KYC documentation submitted to a8game will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. a8game accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
2. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same legal name as the a8game Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
3. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Fully KYC-verified accounts receive priority processing. Standard withdrawal times to JazzCash and Easypaisa are 15–90 minutes during operational hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
4. a8game does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly displayed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request.
5. a8game reserves the right to reverse or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
6. USDT TRC20 transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Cryptocurrency values are inherently volatile; a8game is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

7. Betting Rules

1. All bets placed on the a8game Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.
2. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the a8game system, it cannot be cancelled by the user.
3. a8game reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human input error, whether by a8game staff or by a data feed provider.
4. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, a8game's records shall be the definitive source of truth. Any technical malfunction affecting bet placement or settlement will be investigated and resolved at a8game's sole discretion.
5. Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games on the a8game Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

1. a8game may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus winnings.
2. Bonus terms will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.
3. a8game reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified, users who have already accepted the bonus and are actively wagering will not be retroactively affected unless fraud or abuse is detected.
4. Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting, multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, use of automated systems, or coordinated play with other users — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. a8game may cancel bonuses and associated winnings and permanently close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
5. Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from wagering with bonus funds (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) are withdrawable, subject to any applicable cap.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a8game Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any format.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the a8game Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to a8game support immediately; exploiting them constitutes fraud.
• Creating or using multiple accounts, whether personally or through associates, to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, or accessing an a8game Account on behalf of a third party without express authorisation.

Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming

1. a8game is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your Account settings at any time.
2. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, a8game will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access to the Platform, including blocking marketing communications.
3. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to use a8game's self-exclusion tools and to seek assistance from responsible gaming support organisations available in Pakistan.
4. a8game will not knowingly permit continued account activity where it has been informed that a user is experiencing gambling-related harm.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the a8game Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, text, images, logos, trademarks, and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to a8game and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any a8game Platform content without prior written authorisation from a8game.

12. Limitation of Liability

1. The a8game Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. a8game makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a8game's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3. a8game shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of whether a8game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. Nothing in this Agreement limits a8game's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments

a8game reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, a8game will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the a8game Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of a8game. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create, and nothing shall be construed as creating, any entitlement to services in any jurisdiction where such services are unlawful. Users are responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
